- Aeronautical radio data communication (formerly known as air-ground data communication) begins Type 1 telecommunications business

- Aircraft weather data begins being distributed to the Japan Meteorological Agency

- Aeronautical radio data communication began directly handling the SITA/ARINC network. VHF digital communication (VDL/AOA) service begins (VHF Digital Link/ACARS Over Aviation VHF Link Control)

- Aeronautical radio data communication center (Avicom Center) moves to the Telecom Center and the central processing unit is updated
- April 2004
- Aeronautical radio telephone service (A/G) begins at Kansai International Airport
- December 2004
- Digital airport radio telephone service (MCA) begins at Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) (analog MCA ended in February 2006)
- June 2007
- Gatelink service begins

- Kansai International Airport’s aviation radio telephone equipment is updated.
2010s
- July 2011
- Completed a full system update of the Aviation Radio Data Communication Service (ACARS)
- September 2013
- Promoted the expansion of RGS (expanded to 62 locations nationwide)
- February 2016
- Promoted the expansion of VGS (expanded to 18 locations nationwide)
- May 2017
- Moved the Avicom Center to a new DC and updated the central processing system
- March 2018
- Opened an RGS station in Tokunoshima
- February 2019
- Fully updated the digital airport radio telephone service (MCA) system at Tokyo International Airport (Haneda)
2020s
- March 2020
- Open RGS station in Okadama, Sapporo (expanding to 64 stations nationwide)
- March 2021
- Promote expansion of VGS (opened stations in Miyazaki, Yonaguni, Tokunoshima, and Izumo, expanding to 22 locations nationwide)

- Promote expansion of VGS (opened Oita, expanding to 23 locations nationwide)
